Ramadan and Eid are times for reflection, connection, and celebration. But for those who have experienced loss, these special occasions can also bring a mix of joy and sadness as we remember loved ones who are no longer with us. Here are some meaningful activities to remember and cherish the memories of those we love, bringing comfort and connection to our celebrations.

Note: The following ideas were co-designed with members of the community. While we hope these suggestions are helpful, grief is a personal experience, and what brings comfort varies greatly from person to person. Please choose the activities that resonate most with you and feel free to adapt them to your own traditions and beliefs. This is not intended as a prescriptive list, but rather a collection of ideas to inspire your own ways of remembering.
